Bruce Schoonmaker, A-FFIX LLC Earthquake Hazard Reduction Company completed a Home Earthquake Retrofit with floorstructure connection and house bolt down on the foundation of my home as well as stabilization of my outer garage wall during the month of May, 2001. The work was done by his three employees under his supervision.

Bruce Schoonmaker also installed Seismic Fasteners for pictures, bookshelves, tall furniture, computer and appliances one day in August, 2001.

My contact with Bruce Schoonmaker and his crew during this project was very good and has only been a pleasure. They stayed on task and one week's extention was caused by an unforseen heatwave which overheated the crawlspace. Problems that arose were solved swiftly and professionally.

The work area was kept neat. The result is very satisfactory.
